Though the founding of our company is not nearly as earth shifting as when Jeff Bezos quixotically envisioned and started Amazon in 1994, we believe our firm is truly an advancement from the standard commercial real estate brokerage model. It is unique because although we are a real estate brokerage, the company operates much like an advertising agency, a primarily digital one. We believe this small distinction is visionary. Gone are they days when one had to go to a commercial broker just to be able to get access to commercial listings. Even buyers and renters with agents go to the internet first when looking for property, and continue to do so independently while having an agent represent them. We pride ourselves on being a "new school" brokerage that is high tech.

Donegan graduated with honors from UCLA for his Bachelors Degree in 2006. He’s been licensed by the CA Bureau of Real Estate since 2006 and a licensed broker since 2009. He spent the beginning of his career in apartment management in LA and Orange County. He’s worked in commercial real estate in Los Angeles since 2008 when he began leasing warehouse space to artists. Donegan’s company was voted #1 Commercial Real Estate Company in DTLA by readers of the LA Downtown News in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2020, & 2021. He was awarded Costar’s Power Broker Award 2017 for being one of the top 5 brokers in Los Angeles for retail leasing volume, #1 in DTLA. With over 15 years of real estate experience, Donegan has become one of the top commercial leasing brokers in Los Angeles and he aspires to one day be the top sales & leasing brokers in all of Los Angeles County.
